The SpeedAware camera mobile camera visited Avon Dassett on 11th November. Below are the details of the vehicles travelling through the village from the direction of the B4100 between 11.45 and 3pm on that day.
The camera was situated on the verge outside Orchard End/Orchard Lodge.
| Approach 30+ | Approach 30- | Entry 30+ | Entry 30- | |
| Cars | 48 | 10 | 15 | 43 |
| Light Goods | 13 | 3 | 7 | 9 |
| Heavy Goods | 2 | - | - | 2 |
The statistics show that most vehicles approaching the 30mph zone at speeds above 30mph slowed down to enter the village.
After some initial teething problems the fixed speed camera situated on the verge by The Avon is now fully functioning.
